Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect and assess weld quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training junior welders and apprentices as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven welding experience with a portfolio of work.
• Welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are a plus.
