Job summary

Randstad USA in Memphis, TN seeks a Welder for precision welding and structural fitting on tank manufacturing projects. First shift, 6 AM–2:30 PM, with education at the High School level. Salary offered is around $52k per year, with Randstad’s benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision welding and structural fitting to support tank manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Conduct routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on welding equipment to maintain proper functionality.
• Track material usage, monitor shop stock, and submit timely requisitions for necessary supplies and consumables.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhere to company safety protocols, and participate in safety training programs.
• Collaborate effectively with fabricators, fitters, and shop supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
