Qualifications

• Entry-level Welder to Senior Welder with basic to advanced welding skills.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Must read measuring tools and follow precise work instructions.
• Willing to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist with additional manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Senior Welders may assist with complex fabrication projects, troubleshooting, and mentoring less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  Senior Welder
• Several years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience required
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
