Job description

We are System s, LLC, a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This role is within Systems' Manufacturing and Production group. A successful incumbent is expected to:

1. Weld and assemble different pieces using hand-held and robotic welding equipment, such as hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures, utilizing various materials (plate steel, sheet steel, structural steel, tubing).
2. Prepare and complete manual and robotic welding work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal.

Additional responsibilities include testing and inspecting welded components, working from different specifications and shop orders, measuring with rulers, squares, templates, and gauges, operating cranes and hoists, maintaining equipment, monitoring robotic welding processes, programming robotic systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications for the Associate II, Welder position include:

• At least 1 year of robotic welding experience.
• Basic knowledge of MIG welding, handheld plasma machines, and cutting torches.
• Understanding of welding techniques, material characteristics, and structural fundamentals.

Preferred qualifications include recognized robotic welding certification, experience with solid core wires, argon/oxygen gases, and extensive experience in a robotic welding environment.
