Job summary

Philips in Latham, NY, is seeking a Welder to join the team fabricating MRI magnets. You will perform high-quality TIG and MIG welds, read drawings, and assist with cryogenic assemblies.

This onsite role on first shift (Mon-Fri, 7:20pm-3:30pm) offers a pay range of $18.10–$28.96 per hour and Philips Total Rewards benefits. A minimum of 1 year welding experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year welding experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform high quality TIG welds and vacuum leak-tight TIG welds on aluminum.
• Experience operating bridge cranes and forklift trucks; able to read and follow documentation.
