Your Role

• Complete high quality TIG and MIG welds and use precision instruments.
• Cut, bend, drill, tap, and perform similar operations required to fabricate intricate assemblies encountered in cryogenic applications.
• Read and understand drawings and supporting documents.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 1 year of welding experience, including mechanical assembly tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to create high quality TIG and MIG welds and perform excellent vacuum leak tight TIG welds on aluminum.
• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Experience operating bridge cranes and forklift trucks, and capability to read and write documentation to follow assembly procedures and sign off as required.

Work Schedule

Onsite role on 2nd shift working Monday‑Friday 3:20 pm‑11:30 pm.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position in New York is $18.10 to $28.96 per hour. Base pay may vary within the posted range depending on experience, business needs, and location. Employees are eligible to participate in the Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes paid time off, 401(k) with up to 7% match, HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
