Job summary

Ariel Corporation is seeking skilled Welders to support welding and fabrication work in our Specialty Shop. You will perform welding, design, and fabricating tasks from blueprints and drawings, ensuring requirements are met for each job.

Ideal candidates have extensive welding experience and broad fabrication skills, with opportunities across all production shifts including weekdays and weekends. We value safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, stick, and oxyacetylene).
• Experience reading blueprints and drawings.
• General fabrication skills including sawing, shearing, and sheet metal forming with a hand brake.
• Understanding of layout geometry and simple weld jigs.
• Ability to determine welding and tooling needs based on job details.
• Experience in setup/operation of plasma table preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate from blueprints and drawings, providing requirements for each task.
• Support production operations, engineered projects, and facilities maintenance.
• Perform welding, design, and fabrication responsibilities from blueprints and drawings.
• Work across all production shifts: Monday–Thursday days and nights, and weekends Friday–Sunday days and nights.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

We’re looking for Welders to support welding and fabrication work in our Specialty Shop.
