API Heat Transfer in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated First Shift Welder to join our production team and support Lean Cultural Change. You will weld components, read blueprints, and set up equipment to meet specifications.
The role requires proficiency in GMAW and GTAW, ability to read drawings, and willingness to complete a weld test to AWS D1.2 standards. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
