Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Single-Hand Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication work independently, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. As a single-hand welder, you will manage the entire welding process from start to finish, ensuring all projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on a variety of metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) using multiple welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
• Independently set up and operate welding equipment, including selecting appropriate materials and welding parameters.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precision in welding projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and protective gear.
• Ensure that all welded components are structurally sound and visually meet the specified design requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair any welding defects or equipment malfunctions.
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards and industry regulations.
