Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication work on metal components and structures.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
• Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding as required.
• Weld various types and thicknesses of metal.
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
• Grind, cut, fit, and prepare metal prior to welding.
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, and repair projects.
• Measure and align materials to ensure proper fit and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work safely around heavy equipment, tools, and materials.
• Perform other welding and fabrication duties as assigned.

What You'll Do
