Job summary

TKO StaffPros is seeking a Metal Fabricator & Structural Welder to join our Fulton, MS team. You will fabricate, fit, and weld structural steel per drawings, read blueprints, and use a variety of welding processes to meet project specs.

We offer full-time hours with pay based on experience ($18.50–$27.75 per hour). Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety are essential for successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and fabricating structural steel components.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with FCAW, MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld metal components according to project requirements and engineering drawings.
• Perform FCAW (Flux Core), MIG, TIG, Stick, and Solid Wire welding processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, mark, and align materials to ensure accurate assembly.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as plasma cutters, grinders, presses, and other shop tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Move and position materials using forklifts, cranes, and other lifting equipment when required.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Work closely with production teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator & Structural Welder to join our team in Fulton, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding structural steel and metal components used in a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on fabrication experience, strong welding abilities, and the capability to work from blueprints and detailed specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld metal components according to project requirements and engineering drawings.
