Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Welder for their Grand Island manufacturing team. You will perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, ductile iron, and aluminum, ensuring quality parts align with production schedules.

You will read blueprints and follow customer specifications to maintain high standards of workmanship. The role emphasizes teamwork, safe practices, and the ability to take on additional fabrication tasks as needed by the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of welding and fitting experience with stainless steel, ductile iron, aluminum, and other materials.
• Certified TIG/MIG Welder or equivalent hands-on welding experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, ductile iron, and aluminum.

Pay Range: 23.00/hour DOE
