Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Welder for our Grand Island, NE facility to join the Production Department and support the Fabrication and Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include TIG and MIG welding, reading blueprints, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of welding and fitting experience with stainless steel, ductile iron, aluminum, and other materials.
• Certified TIG/MIG Welder or equivalent hands-on welding experience.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.

Job Title: Welder

Pay Range: 23.00/hour DOE

What’s the Job?

What’s Needed?
