Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Welder for a leading manufacturing company in Grand Island. The role supports TIG/MIG welding across stainless steel, ductile iron, and aluminum, producing quality parts in line with schedules and customer specs.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of welding experience, a certified TIG/MIG welder credential, and the stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods while maintaining safety and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of welding and fitting experience.
• Certified TIG/MIG Welder or equivalent hands-on welding experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, bend, and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, maintain quality standards, and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
