  • Safe Operation of Tools: Safely and effectively operate various portable and power tools while following safety protocols.
  • Following Instructions: Carefully follow work and welding instructions to meet quality and production standards.
  • Quality Control: Identify and address cases where parts do not fit correctly in jigs or do not align with adjacent parts, ensuring accurate assembly.
  • Material Handling: Safely operate overhead cranes or hoists as needed for the welding process.
  • Visualization of Finished Products: Envision the final appearance of products during the welding process to ensure accuracy.
  • Assembly Skills: Properly assemble welded parts according to specifications.
  • Adaptability: Be willing to perform other tasks as assigned, contributing to a flexible and productive work environment.

Position Overview

Join Tarter as a Welder and be a part of our dedicated team responsible for producing high-quality welded products. As a Welder, you will play a key role in welding components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards, using both manual and robotic welding methods.

REPORTS TO: Assigned Supervisor


STATUS: Full Time Hourly Position
