About The Role

The welder will design, cut, and permanently join metal parts together through the application of appropriate welding techniques.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques.
• Weld metal components together using various welding techniques, mainly basic MIG/stick welding skills with strong attention to detail.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks.

Who You Are

• Education: Welding training/certification; High school diploma/GED
• Experience: Ability to read blueprints and general carpentry skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and maintain production quality.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and work a set schedule.
• Must be willing to join the carpenters’ union and pass drug screen

SCHEDULE/LOCATION:

• Centrally located just west of downtown Cincinnati
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm
