Job summary

ATACO Steel Products Corp is hiring Welders to join our manufacturing team. Pay is $21–$30 per hour based on experience, plus attendance bonus and company gainsharing. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 2nd shift 2pm–Midnight, with occasional Friday overtime.

You’ll MIG weld, read prints, and work with fixtures and jigs. Opportunities to try TIG or robotic welding based on skills and production needs. We offer a 4-day workweek, a family-owned environment, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read weld prints or blueprints.
• Comfortable working with welding equipment and tools.
• Able to handle physical work in a manufacturing environment.

Looking for stable hours and a long weekend most weeks?
ATACO Steel Products Corp is hiring Welders to join our manufacturing team.

Pay:
$21 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
+ attendance bonus + Company gainsharing

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday

2nd Shift: 2pm - Midnight Monday-Thursday
Occasional Friday overtime (up to two Fridays per month)

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on metal components
• Work with fixtures and jigs to position parts
• Read weld prints and follow specifications
• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards

You may also have opportunities to work with TIG welding or robotic welding depending on skills and production needs.
