Welder Pay

$23.55-23.85/hour + Profit Sharing

Shifts Available (No weekends, Friday OT Possible):

• 1st Shift: 5:00am - 2:30pm M-Th; 5:00am - 9:00am Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 12:00am M-Th; 12:00pm - 4:00pm Friday

Welder Job Overview:

The Welder position is entry-level, working as part of a team. Responsibilities include clamping, sparing, and welding on aluminum and light gauge galvanized steel.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with MIG/TIG welding
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Steel-toed shoes and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a team environment
• Clamping, sparing, and welding on aluminum and light gauge galvanized steel
• Welding parts according to sizes specified on work orders
• Measuring, squaring, and assembling parts by welding
• Grinding metal to correct sizes
• Setting up welding area for different production runs
