Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in in and around Auburn, WA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-33/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Perform precise TIG welds on light aluminum with a clean finish and strong structural integrity

• Interpret technical drawings to guide layout, fitting, and weld placement

• Maintain quality and consistency across flat, vertical, and overhead welds

• Complete tasks with minimal supervision while meeting quality and safety standards

• Ensure accurate alignment, clean welds, and tight tolerances

• Assist with fitting and assembling components when needed

• Measure, cut, and align metal parts for welding

• Execute clean, high-quality welds using MIG and FCAW techniques

• Maintain tools and work area

Requirements

• WABO Certification preferred
