INNOVANCE in Minnesota is seeking an experienced welder to perform MIG, TIG, robotic, and gas welding to fabricate or repair parts according to blueprints and work orders. The role requires accurate electrode selection and the ability to weld in vertical, horizontal and overhead positions.
You will work closely with engineers, fabricate components from drawings, and follow quality procedures while maintaining safety standards. Pre-employment drug test applies.
Description: Variety of welding processes utilizing mig, tig, robotic, and gas applications. Welds commonly used metals and alloys of various shapes, sizes, thicknesses, etc. Selects welding electrodes for specific welds to ensure penetration and fusion of base and filler metals. Welds metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to blue prints, layouts, or work orders. Welds in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. Working knowledge of welding materials and equipment. Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug examination.
