Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Texas is seeking a Weld Support Technician to support weld shop operations at our Texas Test Site. The role covers plasma programming/operating, band saw and chop saw use, and related machining tasks while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency certificate is required.
2+ years of hands-on experience with hand tools, band saws, or torch cutting in industrial settings.
Preferred: plasma table programming/operating experience and machining exposure.

Responsibilities

Perform plasma table programming and operation, band saw and chop saw tasks.
Analyze engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of cut parts.
Obtain and maintain licenses, operator permits, or certifications as required.
Improve operations to reduce turnaround times and streamline processes.
Collaborate with leaders to complete assignments and review issues for improvement.
Perform related duties to ensure an efficient work environment.
