Job summary

Plymouth is seeking a Weld Mill Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) in our Production department. The role focuses on operating mill welding equipment, maintaining safety, quality and output, and supporting lean initiatives.

You will read and interpret measurements, use micrometers and tape measures, and work with team members to ensure on-time delivery and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Wisconsin facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety focus.
• Good communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Operate weld mills safely and adjust setups as needed.
• Assist operators with mill operations, setups and adjustments.
• Perform inspections and basic quality checks on welds.
• Maintain tooling, materials and organize changeovers.
