Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety policies and PPE; conduct accident investigations and corrective actions.
• Plan and manage fabrication and welding schedules; coordinate labor, materials, and resources to meet production and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate manpower and resources; train and develop welders, fabricators, and related personnel.
• Ensure weld procedures, fabrication methods, workmanship, and documentation meet company, customer, ISO, and quality standards; audit work and resolve nonconformances; lead root cause and corrective actions.
• Meet production goals and margin objectives while maintaining quality; evaluate processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency.
