Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching teams in a production setting.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, and paint processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 small or similar areas within the production facility/line.
• Provide performance feedback and appraisals to team members.
• Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards on the production floor.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and Kaizen events.
• Create value stream mapping and standard work.
