Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize welding processes and procedures.
- Review customer specifications to define welding and manufacturing requirements.
- Develop and qualify PQRs and WPS.
- Design and improve workflow layouts and work instructions for welding operations.
- Evaluate and select welding equipment.
- Troubleshoot welding defects and quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with welding codes and standards.
- Maintain records for welding procedures and welder qualifications.
