Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is hiring a Material Handler in the Weld Department on a 4/10 schedule (Mon–Thu, 3:30pm–2:00am). The role requires moving materials, maintaining inventory, and handling paperwork.

Qualifications

• Forklift certified and able to operate forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Clear English communication skills (reading, speaking, understanding).
• Capable of prioritizing tasks with minimal direction.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure timely set-ups and minimize downtime.
• Organize, store, and transport parts; complete routing paperwork with part numbers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages/overages.
• Process transactions in Oracle in a timely manner.
• Assist operators to maximize department efficiency and move parts as needed.
• Return pallets, carts, and bins to designated locations and keep areas clean.
