Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN seeks a Material Handler for the 3rd shift to move materials and support production. You will pick, package, and document parts, operate forklifts and scanners, and maintain accurate inventory in Oracle.

A 4-day workweek is offered with a $2.00 shift differential on 3rd shift along with a base wage and bonus potential. You will contribute to a safe, efficient operation with opportunities for overtime, benefits, and on-site fitness access.

Qualifications

• Basic math including counting, adding and subtracting.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures and work instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team and stay organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Forklift certification and Excel experience are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Transport product and materials to work areas safely and on time.
• Pick and package parts orders and replenish assembly-line bins.
• Document deliveries and verify part number, quantity, location, and transactions.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scales.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
• Use visual controls to replenish parts and identify shortages.
• Complete inventory transactions in Oracle accurately and on time.
• Support operators and coordinate with Materials, Receiving, and Shipping.
• Report procedure or equipment errors to your supervisor.
• Keep work areas and aisles clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
