The Welcoming Schools Manager leads core program operations and project management duties and oversees key aspects of HRC Schools initiatives, including school board advocacy, education policy research and analysis, and the Safe Schools Champion Initiative. The Manager oversees and executes conferences, webinars, communications, invoicing, and other program activities, ensuring projects move effectively from planning through implementation.
This position requires a highly organized, proactive project manager who can independently manage multiple priorities, build and maintain effective systems, collaborate across teams, and take ownership for delivering high-quality work accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
All positions at the Human Rights Campaign may require travel on a regular basis or periodically. Where the need arises for business travel, appropriate compensation as outlined by the Fair Labor Standards Act will apply.
