CentraCare Health in St. Cloud, MN seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Weight Management team. You will work with physicians, dietitians, psychologists, pharmacists and nurses to provide patient- and family-centered care.

The role is full-time at 0.75 FTE, weekdays 7:30am-4:00pm with no weekends, nights, or holidays. Competitive salary and benefits support a comprehensive weight-management program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card.
• DEA registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Family Practice/Weight Management or Chronic Disease Management (preferred).

Summary

CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team working with our Weight Management Team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians, Providers, Registered Dietitians, psychologists, pharmacists and Nurses working to provide patient and family-centered care throughout the practice.

Schedule

• Full Time, 0.75FTE

• Weekday - 7:30am- 4:00pm

• No weekends, nights, or Holidays

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$122,888.06 - $166,890.60 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
