Work is full-time (0.6–0.9 FTE), onsite in Cold Spring, MN, with a 8:00 a.m.

– 5:00 p.m. clinic window and option for 3- or 4-day weeks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as NP/PA.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• 1+ year of clinical NP/PA experience.

This role supports a balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling, no nights, weekends, holidays, or call, while allowing you to deliver high-quality preventive, acute, and chronic care that improves patient outcomes and supports both provider and patient experience.

Schedule

• Full-time | 0.6–0.9 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare – Cold Spring, MN

• Day shifts | Specific hours listed below

  • Choice of 3- or 4-day work week

  • Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexibility available)

• No evenings, weekends, holidays, or call

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $112,518.85-$128,651.12 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
