This on-site role offers a Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM shift with PRN availability Tuesday–Saturday, and opportunities for full-time or part-time engagement in a dynamic weight-management program.

The position requires CT licensure for NP or PA and a DEA certificate, with focus on preventive care, counseling, and collaborative practice.

Qualifikationen

• Active NP or PA license in CT
• DEA certification is required
• Experience in weight management or clinical care preferred

Aufgaben

• Assess and manage patient histories and physicals following company guidelines.
• Provide preventive and program education and counseling.
• Document care and medication management in the EMR.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up for patient progress and referrals.
