Medi-Weightloss of Brookfield, CT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a consistent Friday clinic and PRN availability. Join a supportive team delivering weight-management care in a patient-centered practice.

Responsibilities include exams, history taking, orders, EMR documentation, and preventive counseling, with opportunities to mentor staff and develop program services. DEA and NP/PA licensure required; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting medical and psychosocial history.
• Ability to perform physical examinations per guidelines.
• Experience ordering and reviewing labs and ECGs.
• Deliver preventive medicine and program education.
• Adhere to prescribing guidelines per supervising physician.

Responsibilities

• Mentor clinical staff and review KPI weekly.
• Liaise for medical and clinical affairs at locations.
• Participate in training and act as in-house trainer.
• Propose improvements to clinical operations and capacity.
• Develop strategic recommendations to enhance patient experience.
• Participate in developing new programs and pilots.
• Manage project work plans.
