Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA is hiring a Weeknight Shift Warehouse Lead for our Broadway facility. This full-time role runs Sunday-Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM and focuses on leading receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations while ensuring safety and food quality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse, receiving, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with D365 or other warehouse management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO practices preferred.
• Safety-minded and able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work around noise, heat, and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift in receiving, unloading and staging raw materials.
• Coordinate trailer movements and forklift operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using D365.
• Train new warehouse personnel.
• Ensure safety and food quality standards are met.
• Work in a team environment with production.
• Report unsafe equipment and practices to supervisor.
