Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA is hiring a Weekend Night Shift Warehouse Lead to supervise receiving, shipping, and inventory control on a Thursday–Saturday, 5:30 PM–5:30 AM schedule. You will coordinate trailer movements and train staff while upholding safety and food quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads shift in execution of receiving, unloading and staging raw materials.
• Jockey trailers to and from docks; training offered.
• Able to obtain a forklift license.
• Organizes, stages and loads finished goods in warehouse.
• Utilize D365 to record all inventory transactions.
• Coordinate inter-yard trailer movements with Yard Management system.
• Inspect incoming materials for correct items and quantities.
• Place materials unloaded from trailers in designated FIFO areas.
• Follow food safety practices and SQF requirements.
• Train new warehouse personnel and work with production.
