Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, Inc. in Hanover, PA is seeking a Logistics Loader/Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team on the night shift. This full-time role loads and unloads trailers, operates forklifts, and supports accurate inventory and shipping processes.

You will work Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM, with safety-minded teammates, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers using manual labor, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Organize products in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy access for order fulfillment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare products for shipping, ensuring items are securely loaded onto delivery trucks according to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
• Assist in inventory management by performing cycle counts and other stock-related duties.
• Experience with a high reach forklift is preferred but not required.
