A leading hospice care provider is seeking a Weeknight On-Call RN to deliver compassionate patient care in Tarrytown, Georgia. In this salaried full-time role, you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and work collaboratively with the care team. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation; ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.

• Cover on-call hours from 5 pm to 8 am during weekdays.
