Job summary

Caris HealthCare is seeking a Week Night On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care during after-hours on week nights, Monday through Thursday. The RN will assess patients, implement care plans, and document nursing care per physician orders.

The role offers a $73,000–$80,000 yearly salary depending on experience with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Emphasis is on compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to the Better Way values as part of the Caris HealthCare team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation.
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and patient teaching.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients weekly as scheduled.
• Handle after-hours and weekend phone calls; some visits may be required.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate total patient care and nursing care plans.
