Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking an After-hours Hospice RN for weeknights, Monday through Thursday, to provide compassionate care and advocacy for patients and families. The role covers after-hours on-call from 5 pm to 8 am, with support from a 24/7 RN triage department and the local hospice team.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours hospice nursing care during weeknights.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with the patient, family, and hospice care team.
• Support patients and families with compassionate care and documentation.
