Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN in Richardson, TX. This full-time role covers on-call after hours from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, supported by a 24/7 RN triage department and the local hospice team. The RN will advocate for patients and collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.
Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide on-call hospice nursing care after hours (5pm Friday–8am Monday).
Advocate for patients and communicate with patients, families and the care team.
Collaborate with the 24/7 RN triage department and local hospice team.
