Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clear driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong computer/technology skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting and organization abilities.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals.
• Ability to conduct patrols and respond promptly to incidents.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a on-site security team.
• Ensure officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Coordinate routine patrols and maintain site coverage.
• Inspect posts, outline tasks, and manage on-site responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergencies effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching.
• Assist in payroll and personnel reporting as needed.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs.
