Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL regional drivers to operate OTR van routes with weekly home time. You’ll earn $1,500–$1,610 per week on no-touch freight, with benefits and the option to bring a rider and a small dog from day one.

Starting pay is around 0.65 CPM with about 2,100–2,400+ miles weekly. Trucks are automatic, assigned, and can be taken home. Orientation covers transportation, hotel, and meals, with $200/day during orientation.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with OTR or regional experience.
• 6–12 months verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last 12–24 months.
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months; valid FMCSA qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53-ft van equipment on regional routes with home weekly.
• No-touch freight; load and unload handled by others where applicable.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
