Job summary

Valor is hiring Class A truck drivers for regional routes with no touch freight and weekly home time. Expect pay around $1,560–$1,610+ per week based on 2,100–2,500+ miles weekly, plus full benefits and rider/dog options from day one.

Vehicles are newer Freightliner or International, automatics, and cruising regulated at 68 mph. Benefits start after 60 days with 401K and paid vacation after 1–2 years; orientation is paid with $200/day. Riders/dogs allowed from day one.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months OTR/Regional in last 12 months or 12 months OTR/Regional in last 24 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years in CMV/PMV; max one in last 12 months in CMV.
• No major moving violations in last 36 months (e.g., 15+, phone use, careless driving).
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in last 3 years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Drivers run regional, no-touch freight with weekly home time.
• Start pay is $0.65 per mile with about 2100–2500+ miles per week, average $1,560–$1,610+ weekly.
• Orientation paid; benefits begin after 60 days.
