Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers for Midwest Regional runs with weekend home time and no-touch dry van freight. Drivers earn $1,620–$2,020 per week, with a sign-on bonus up to $1,500 and safety bonuses.

Trucks are newer models, with full benefits after 60 days, and riders allowed from day one. Minimum 8 months OTR/Regional experience required, no major violations in 3 years, and winter-condition experience in Dec–Feb is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• Maximum of 3 moving violations in CMV in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last year.
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 3 parking lot incidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• Two of the last 3 winters must include Dec, Jan or Feb with winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A trucks on Midwest Regional routes.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight with 65% drop and hook.
• Be home for weekends (48 hours) while running nightly routes.
