Job summary

Mullen-Polk Foundation is seeking Direct Care Staff to mentor and support female adolescents (12-18) in a structured residential home. You will provide emotional support, personal care, and life-skill coaching while ensuring safety and adherence to program policies.

The role requires weekend availability and involves medications, meal prep, transportation, and detailed record-keeping in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends and overnight shifts.
• Experience in residential care or similar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of adolescent development, trauma, abuse, neglect, and substance use is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision to all youth in care.
• Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare meals and snacks per the posted menus.
• Provide transportation to activities, counseling, and services.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to policies and procedures.
