Job summary

Forward Family Care, LLC is seeking weekend youth placement home caregivers to provide a safe, nurturing environment for youth during weekend placements. You will meet daily needs, supervise, and offer emotional support following care plans and agency guidelines.

Candidates must pass a background check for all residents over 18 in the home, have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license, and demonstrate patience, flexibility and strong communication with agency staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment.
• Meet the child’s basic needs (meals, hygiene, supervision).
• Provide emotional support and age-appropriate activities.
• Follow the child’s care plan and agency guidelines.
• Communicate with care team about needs, behavior and concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.
• Ensure safety and return child per placement schedule.
