The ideal candidate is 16+, has knowledge of lacrosse rules, prior site supervisory experience, and the ability to make quick calls while communicating effectively with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• General knowledge of the sport including rules and regulations.
• Previous site supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to call plays and handle criticism in a sports setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of youth participants at events.
• Maintain discipline and address concerns with players and parents.
• Oversee staff, participants, fields/courts and equipment.
• Foster a fun, safe and friendly environment for recreation events.
