Job summary

You will lead adventures, support personal development, and provide a stable, therapeutic environment. The schedule includes Friday 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, and Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 21+ and

Qualifications

1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health.
21+ Years Old.
Valid AZ Driver's License.
Clearances: Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results.
Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Mentor youth ages 1-17 on weekends in community and residential settings.
Lead adventures to parks, museums, and cultural events.
Support growth in social skills and personal development; ensure safety and therapeutic environment.
