Our Community Presence

We operate 2 dedicated residential houses right here in Tucson. These homes serve as the hub for our youth—safe, supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. You'll be a key part of the team keeping these local houses vibrant and therapeutic.

Your Weekend Mission

You’ll spend your weekends (Friday afternoon through Sunday) mentoring youth ages 5–17. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community and in residential settings, helping kids hit their goals through:

Adventures: Leading community outings to parks, museums, and cultural events.
Growth: Working side‑by‑side with youth on social skills and personal development.
Safety & Support: Providing a stable, therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard.
