National Youth Advocate Program seeks an Entry-level Contractor to supervise and coordinate child/family visits in Peoria, IL. You will transport families, implement visitation plans, and support reunification goals in collaboration with the Program Manager.

Ideal candidates include those with a High School diploma and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Travel is required to provide supervision services in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance requirements, including liability coverage.

Aufgaben

• Supervise child/family visits to support reunification and family bonds.
• Transport and accompany visits for parent-child or sibling visits.
• Implement and follow the supervisor's visitation plan.
• Engage families in age-appropriate activities during visits.
• Document visits and report missed visits with accuracy.
• Participate in on-call after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Travel daily to provide services in alignment with policy and contracts.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement activities.
