Job summary

Northwest Passage Prairieview in Frederic, WI, is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to provide direct care and supervision for youth in a residential setting. The role focuses on emotional regulation, relationship-building, and life-skill development, with weekend hours including sleep time.

You will contribute to a structured, therapeutic environment and document progress consistently. Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in a social/behavioral science field or equivalent

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with youth with significant mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide close supervision of youth across residential, outdoor, and community settings.
• Develop and implement program activities supporting regulation and PassageWay elements.
• Create a safe, structured environment and address basic needs (nutrition, hygiene, rest).
• Document all required activities and progress in a timely manner.
